One of the product pages said it would work for a renewal but no details. Having tried to renew with Microsoft £79.99 and having all sorts of problems with getting them to accept my credit card I turned to Amazon where I could buy another product key £65.85. Also Microsoft had e-mailed me about renewal and recently the packages had displayed a banner near the top reminding me about renewal which was all very professional by both Amazon and Microsoft. I originally bought the package from Amazon and they had sent me a renewal e-mail a couple of weeks earlier.

If you are buying office for the first time you have to download it to each PC you install it on but I was wanting to renew the licence after 1 year for all my machines. This is not the low grade web version of Office this is the real thing. Plus there all the tools I need in each package component, a great and coherent user interface (I like the ribbon interface), unrivalled compatibility with other users and of course a really good price for all this and automatic updates as they are made.

With this I can load the full Office suite on all my home PCs (up to 5 max). Having used Office 365 for almost a year now I find it superb with, the full set of packages as Office Professional which currently costs £326.37 on Amazon for just one PC licence. I run Office 365 on both Windows 8 and Windows 7 with no hitches at all.
